Internet Member Services (IMS) is an innovative program that allows members to update their membership information from the convenience of their computers, anytime, anywhere. This program is directly linked to the NARPM® database, so member changes are live and real-time.

IMS allows you to...
- Change your home address, personal telephone numbers, and email address.
- Access your NARPM® account and obtain a statement of account activity.
- Pay your membership investment securely online with VeriSign. Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
- Review your education history back to October 1, 2005.
- Confirm dates, times, and locations of the classes and events for which you have registered.
- Preview a schedule of upcoming events and conventions.
- Add your photo and a personal biography for all members to view.
