Betty Fletcher, MPM^® RMP^®

Betty is owner and principal broker of Fletcher Property Management, Inc., CRMC^®, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Founded in January 2000 to manage residential rental property, Fletcher Property Management expanded into the sales area when Dave, Betty’s husband of 26 years, joined the company full-time in 2002. With one full-time assistant they currently manage a portfolio of about 270 doors.

Betty joined NARPM^® and attended the St. Louis Annual Convention in September 1999 and saw enough potential that she has attended every national event since. She is the founding president and still active member of the Central Arkansas Chapter.

Embracing the educational opportunities offered, Betty earned the designation of RMP^® in February 2001, and MPM^® in September 2002. She is also proud that Fletcher Property Management is the first CRMC^®in the state of Arkansas.

On the national level, Betty served as chair of the Membership Committee in 2003 and 2004, editor of the Residential Resource in 2006, serves as a designation mentor, and became a National instructor in 2007. Betty has written and taught several presentations at national, state, regional and local chapter meetings.
