President's Bio

Vickie Gaskill, MPM^® RMP^®

Vickie started her career in property management over 29 years ago. Originally, she worked as a vendor that serviced the property management industry.

She came to work for Bell-Anderson and Associates, LLC, in May of 1986. Initially, Vickie was a bookkeeper, then a property manager, and now an owner. In September of 2002, she and her husband, Tim, purchased Bell-Anderson.

Vickie has managed homeowner’s associations, single-family dwellings, small multi-family communities, and a few small commercial properties.

She has earned four professional property management designations (MPM®, CPM®, ARM®, and RMP®), and served as an instructor for NARPM® and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). In 2005, her company was approved as an Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®).

In 2008, Vickie co-authored a book titled Community Associations: A Guide to Successful Management, and was inducted into the IREM® Academy of Authors.
