Rentals.com Expands Sponsorship Role

Rentals.com to pay first year dues for new professional NARPM® members

ATLANTA (Jan. 6, 2010) – Rentals.com announced today that it has expanded its national sponsorship with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) for 2010. As the Official NARPM® Partner for 2010, Rentals.com will continue to support the professional association at both the national and chapter levels in its events, industry research, and surveys. Rentals.com will also pay first year dues for new professional NARPM® members based on the following requirements:

The new NARPM® member is a property manager of single-family homes and/or small unit apartment buildings.
The offer is available for one participant per property management company/franchise that does not currently have a NARPM® member.

Since 1988, NARPM® has been the nation’s premier professional association for the residential property management industry. Currently representing over 2,500 members comprised of real estate agents, brokers, managers, and their employees, NARPM® addresses the challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties.
