This course will focus on the knowledge, skills, and operational tools needed to effectively manage tenants in residential properties. The course will examine paperwork, policies, and procedures necessary to develop good tenant relations. It will basically cover the tenant cycle from screening, move-in and move-out, security deposits, record keeping, and much more.
