Our members specialize in the professional and profitable management of single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes, condominiums and small residential complexes throughout the metro Denver area. We are a strong chapter, one of the largest in the country. We work well together, learn, network and have fun, too!
There are monthly luncheon meetings with informative speakers. We sponsor several CE classes throughout the year, always including Fair Housing and the annual commission update course. We have a great holiday party in mid-December, and often get a group out for a baseball game in the summer.
We support our community via an on-going food drive and go as a group to the annual Komen Walk for the Cure. We have also contributed to Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross.
