Welcome to the Santa Clara County Chapter of NARPM®
The National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM®, was founded in October 1988 and provides a permanent trade organization for the residential property management industry.
NARPM® is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family homes and small residential properties.
NARPM® promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practices and it's members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.
If you are an owner looking for a Property Manager to manage your home or investment property, you will find the professional you are looking for among our membership .

- Our chapter was recognized by NARPM National as a Chapter of Excellence in October of 2009.
- 2009 chapter president John Adams accepted the award on our behalf.

If you are a property manager in our local area or are just curious to learn more about our industry we encourage you to join us at one of our monthly meetings. We would also be delighted if you joined NARPM and our local chapter as a member.
