About the Hotel
Our 2008 Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held at the Kauai Marriott Resort, 3610 Rice Street, Kalapaki Beach, Lihue, Hawaii 96766. The hotel is conveniently located one mile from the Lihue Airport. It is a destination-resort encompassing a world class hotel adjacent to Kauai Lagoons Golf Club. It provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, as retail shops on property and four restaurants and lounges.
Hotel Rates
Convention attendees will enjoy the a range of special NARPM® rates:
- Garden View rooms are $175.00 per night
- Pool View rooms are $185.00 per night
- Ocean View rooms are are $200.00 per night
- All rooms are single/double plus tax.
There are a limited number of rooms in each category with the majority being pool view. These special rates are available for up to four days before the start of the convention and four days after, on a space available basis. Plan now to stay a few extra days and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Ocean! To get these great rates you must make your reservation by Friday, August 22, 2008. While the room block is active until August 22nd, rooms are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and when the room block is filled rooms will not be available. A two-night deposit will be required when you make your reservation and there is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Hotel Reservations
To make your reservation and guarantee the quality rooms that NARPM® has blocked call the Marriott reservation line at 800-220-2925 or the hotel directly at 808-245-5050. Tell the reservation agent you are with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
If you reserve a room online, the Association cannot assist you with any problems or issues that might arise during your stay.
Overflow Hotel
National has also secured some additional rooms at a nearby resort, the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort. The Hilton Kauai Beach Resort is a deluxe five-story oceanfront resort situated on 25 lushly landscaped acres of Kauai's longest exploring and strolling beach. And, it is only four miles from the Marriott Resort. The Hilton is surrounded by exotic lagoons, cascading waterfalls and lush tropical settings. It has a convenient location close to the airport, shopping, championship golf and all of Kauai's great activities and adventures.
