Public Artwalk Dallas

Are you interested in getting some exercise while you take in some culture? Then the Public Artwalk Dallas is for you.This is a 3.3 mile, self-guided tour that highlights thirty pieces of art and architecture. Margot & Bill Winspear Opera House / AT&T Performing Arts Center

The Women's Museum

The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future is a comprehensive national American women's history museum. Located in Fair Park in Dallas, the museum provides exhibits honoring the past and exploring the contributions of women throughout history. Honorees include Barbara Walters, Lucille Ball, Connie Chung, and many other women with whom we  may not be so familiar. A special exhibition, Petticoats and Slide Rules, will be running during the convention, highlighting the history of women engineers' evolving roles in American society. There is so much to see and do in Dallas, you will want to visit www.visitdallas.com and check it out for yourself.  Make sure to look at the sample itineraries on the website to plan for additional days in Dallas, as the convention rates in the hotel are available for three days prior to the start of the convention and three days after the convention. So plan to come early and stay late and take advantage of all features this exciting city has to offer!
