This year NARPM® has selected General Session speakers that are sure to be a hit! Come learn and laugh with us in Orlando with Steven Oniki, Bob Losyk, Clay Singleton, and our very own Mark Kreditor.

Steven OnikiSteven Oniki

Steven Oniki is a man of many facets—teacher, coach, Vietnam veteran, husband, father, and mentor. Steve exemplifies all of these with enthusiasm and sincerity.

Born and raised in the Midwest, he attended Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education. He began his career as an elementary school teacher, administrator, and coach. During that time, he served two years in the United States Army, and was discharged as a decorated veteran. Upon entering into sales, he became the top salesman in a company with 1500 salespeople nationwide. In 1975, with a continuing commitment to teaching, Steve began a career conducting sales, management, and personal development seminars.

Steve has the unique ability to educate an audience with practical information in a way that is put to immediate use in their personal and professional lives. His seminars and speeches have touched the lives of thousands of people of all ages. Through his dedication to people as a lecturer and teacher, he has earned the recognition, popularity, and demand as one of America’s leading speakers.


Bob LosykBob Losyk, CSP

Bob Losyk, CSP, is an international speaker and author who leads over 100 seminars a year throughout the world. Bob’s programs have had an impact on over 200 audiences.

He is the founder and president of Innovative Training Solutions, a Greensboro, North Carolina consulting firm. Bob holds the designation of Certified Speaking Professional, the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association. Bob’s opinion has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The Futurist magazine. He has appeared on the FOX News Channel and MSNBC. He is the author of the award-winning book, Managing a Changing Workforce: Achieving Outstanding Service With Today’s Employees. Bob’s latest book, Get A Grip! Overcoming Stress and Thriving in the Workplace, has been translated into eleven languages.


Clay SingletonJ. Clay Singleton

J. Clay Singleton is professor of finance at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. During his career, he has been an investment practitioner, educator, and researcher.

In his academic career, Dr. Singleton was on the faculty of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for twelve years. He was subsequently Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of North Texas where he served for four years. He has taught as a visiting professor at the University of Virginia and the College of William and Mary. In a consulting role for PCE Investment Bankers, Dr. Singleton serves as Director of Indexes, overseeing operations for the PCE Indexes, directs research, and writing a monthly commentary for the PCE Index newsletter.

Dr. Singleton’s research in investments and finance has been widely published in both practitioner and academic journals. He has contributed articles to the Journal of Finance, Financial Management, and the Journal of Portfolio Management, among others. His book, Core-Satellite Portfolio Management: A Modern Approach to Professionally Managed Funds, was published in December 2004.


Mark KreditorMark H. Kreditor, MPM® RMP®

Mark H. Kreditor, MPM® RMP®, was born in Hicksville, New York. Mark received a BS in marketing from Northeastern University and a Graduate Marketing Certification from SMU.

Mark started Get There First in 1981, and currently manages over 1300 properties. The main focus of his business is late fees and other non-management fee type reserves.

Mark has been very active in NARPM®, teaching designation courses, serving on various committees and the Board of Directors. He served as NARPM® president from 1997-1998. He serves on many community boards in Dallas, and enjoys raising money for these organizations.

Mark also plays professional piano and teaches a 20th century music class at the local high school.
