Login Help - Cookies
In order to login to the NARPM website's private sections you must have the following:
- A proper Username and Password
- A cookies enabled web browser
Username & Password Problems
If you think your login problems are because of your username and password, you simply may not have the correct login information. Visit the Password Retrieval page and follow the steps to have a new username and password sent to your email address.
Cookies
In order to login to the member's only section of NARPM you must have cookies enabled in your browser. Below are instructions for enabling cookies in your browser, simply select the browser that you use and follow the instructions provided.
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Options".
- Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
- Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
- Click "OK" to save changes.
Netscape 7
- Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
- Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
- Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
- Select "Enable all cookies".
- Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
- Click "OK".
Try a Different Browser
If you have more than one browser installed on your computer (such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox) try logging in with the other browsers to see if any work.
