NARPM’s Certified Support Specialist (CSS^sm) designation

The CSS^sm designation is the newest certification available from NARPM. NARPM seeks to become the dominant source for educating and training Support Specialist in the residential property management industry. A properly trained, well-educated staff member will return untold profits to your bottom line. Virtually all requirements of the CSS^sm Certification can be earned at the local level. Four educational courses that are currently in development will be required to earn this designation. Cost and the experience level needed for the CSS^sm designation are being finalized at this time.
