Different Types of Membership
Professional Membership - Join easily online
The Professional Members of NARPM® are individuals who are engaged in the management of residential properties as an agent for others and are licensed in those states that require licensing. Learn more
International Members are Professional Members of NARPM® who are engaged in the management of residential properties as an agent for others in countries outside the United States.
A Junior Membership is only available for new members between the ages of 18–25, and must meet all the qualifications of a Professional Membership.
Support Staff Membership
Support Staff are individuals acting in the role of support in the office of a Professional Member. Support Staff do not act in a capacity requiring licensure according to their state’s licensing laws. Learn more
Student Members must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate field of study from any accredited college/university. Students who hold an active real estate license do not qualify and must hold a Professional Membership.
An Academic Member is an instructor who provides classroom instruction for any real estate or property management course at any accredited college/university or real estate school.
National NARPM® Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Members are vendors that provide products and services to the property management industry. Seventy-six percent of the NARPM® Professional Members own a partial or full interest in their company and are the decision-makers for services needed by their organization. Learn more
