It’s Virtual – Introduction to Houses (Maintenance Class)

The Introduction to Houses, formally part of Intro to Maintenance, is a 3 hour version is designed to familiarize the property manager with the structure and components of a house. This course will review the functionality and maintenance issues of the structure and components. When a property manager understands how houses work, they will be able to coordinate and schedule contractors and vendors effectively. It’s Virtual – Tenancy and the Law

As a Property Manager it is of the utmost importance to keep up with laws. This course will cover some of the important federal, state, and local laws specifically related to property management. Topics will include Fair Housing, Service Members Civil Relief Act, EPA/Lead-based Paint, IRS Rental Income reporting and Megan’s Law.
