(Required for all members every four years)
Are you ethical? You may be surprised at the pitfalls. This course will cover the basics of ethical behavior in your property management business. The NARPM® Code of Ethics will be reviewed as well as the entire grievance process.

Note: This does not meet the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Ethics Requirement.

Note: Washington State continuing education clock hours have been approved and are available for the Washington State Conference. The fee must be paid at the door by cash or check, made payable to Cascade Real Estate School.

  • Ethics – The schools fee for 3 clock hours is $20.00 dollars
