Course Description:
Maintenance and how you handle it will either make or break your business. This course covers the vital everyday maintenance components of a successful property management company.

This class qualifies for 6 CE credits.  If attendees want the 6 CE credits, an additional $10 per student must be paid at registration the day of class to cover processing costs.
