Deniz Yusuf

Unlike many “experts” with a long academic pedigree, Deniz earned his stripes on the ground. He was previously a business owner in Nowra on the South Coast of NSW in the Shoalhaven district, just a few hours’ drive south of Sydney, Australia.

Today, Deniz consults, trains, mentors and keynote presents to agents across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, through Inspired Growth Training. Deniz finds training agents to achieve the best possible outcome they can is very rewarding. “Seeing them achieve their goals or win awards they never thought they could, inspires me to be an even better Coach. My goal is your future, as I inspire, I get inspired”.

Deniz sold fruit & vegetables for most of his working life after he left high school, working in his family’s business. One lesson he learned on the job is “There’s no emails in Fruit!” If a new coffee shop opened, Deniz had to call them or go and visit them to get the business. It is this mindset that has made him a successful coach in the BDM space. Deniz certainly understands the world of BDM, having grown his own property management office to over 900 doors in under 4 years.

Deniz believes the real estate industry has the same concept – it’s all about asking for the business and what experience you can give your clients. Deniz strives at assessing real estate teams and finding the ‘blockage’ in an office that may be stopping them from achieving the new business numbers they desire. He says, most of the time offices can be so close to getting it right, and it’s just a matter of tweaking a thing or two. After it is fixed, it is then about continued consulting and mentoring so they can become the best in their field.

Deniz has presented at multiple conferences in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, including RealEstate.com.au, The McGrath Group, Harcourts, First National, RE/MAX, Raine & Horne, Professionals, LJ Hooker, The Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) PM Grow Summit (2017), NARPM Florida State Conference in 2018, Door Growth Live 2018, and also presented the one day event ‘Geared for Growth’ for the NARPM Northern Nevada Chapter, as well as the NARPM Orlando Chapter, both in 2018, along with many other niche industry events.

Now Deniz, alongside Darren Hunter, have multiple events. They run across three countries, presenting ‘Inspired Growth Training’ single-day events, to two-day Masterclass conferences, city member training days, social media conference events, plus their annual major event run each year, The Inspired Growth Conference with an awards ceremony. Together, they train well over 200 real estate offices globally through their IGT Inner Circle Membership platform. 

Deniz and Darren will be exchanging ideas on “Door GROWTH” and “BIG Growth Pains to HUGE Personal Gains” as a featured Keynote Speaker at the Virginia State Chapter Conference that runs from February 17-19, 2019 at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel.
