I sold Crown to a Fortune 500 Company for all cash .. no earn out .. for several million dollars

It took me a year to 'GET IT READY TO SELL' and it was harder than it looked

I've developed a workshop on 

HOW TO GET YOUR COMPANY READY TO SELL

It's a summary of documents, financials and strategies to be ready when the buyer comes calling. 

 

We had our company on the market for 3 years and received 7 Letters Of Intent where a 

perspective buyer hired an attorney to draft a buying document so we know what that looks

like and HOW TO PREPARE for those events. We know WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR 

AND HOW TO PREPARE FOR THEM. 

 

This is best for BROKER/OWNERS not rank and file members so it fits the B/O slice of the membership.

The last workshop I proposed was 

Strategies for becoming Scalable

It's really a class for owner/brokers to set up their system

to be able to double in size and numbers. As I've reviewed

many PMA's this past year I've identified 5 strategies PM's 

need to establish in their PMA and model to facilitate growth. 

What they do today at 200 properties isn't likely to work at 400. 

We all set up our models to work for TODAY'S BUSINESS,  

and don't really know what it needs to look like at double the

size.
