As an Associate Broker with over 12 years experience in Savannah’s market, Ellen lists, sells and manages real estate as a the fourth-generation Realtor in her family’s business. She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

As a native Savannahian, Ellen moved back to Georgia after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, the Savannah Board of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Over the years, Ellen has been an active volunteer in Savannah and Coastal Georgia, supporting numerous local organizations. She and her husband reside on Isle of Hope with their two children.

Emma Grin has extensive knowledge gained through hands on experience of Real Estate investment and Property management. Emma established her Real Estate license in May 2013 and has had 5 years of hands on extensive experience working in 7 counties throughout Georgia.
