Virginia Horton, Inc. was originally licensed in Georgia in 1996. Atlanta Home Connections opened as a General Brokerage in 2006; a family owned and operated business successfully specializing in residential and commercial sales. Over the last 5 years AHC opened an REO division that specialized in distressed properties and worked with Banks and Asset companies to determine value of their REO properties. As a result we developed a large domestic and foreign investor business. In June of 2012 we opened our Property Management division thus creating a Rehab and maintenance division as well. This change created a turnkey brokerage division for the investor market. AHC currently manages 120 single family homes, duplexes and townhomes
