Maria has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since November of 2002. She had started her experience in Residential Sales in the Lake Nona area. In February of 2006 she began her career in Property Management and hasn't turned back since. At this point Maria is the Broker/Owner of Allegiant Management Group in Kissimmee, Fl. Aside from NARPM National, she is a member of Florida State Chapter of NARPM and the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of NARPM. For 2012-2014 she was the Conference Chair of Florida State. On the Orlando/Central Florida Board she has served as the Newsletter Coordinator, has chaired the Membership Committee. In 2014 she was the Vice President and is currently the President Elect for 2015, heading into the Presidents seat for Orlando in 2016. In 2012 she received the "Shooting Star Award" for all of her dedication and contributions to the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of NARPM. Courtney Parks is the Principal Broker and oversees the day-to-day operations of Allegiance Property Management based out of Alexandria, Virginia. She began her career in property management working for a large HOA management firm. Courtney made the leap into residential real estate in 2009. She earned her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license in 2012 and Virginia Broker’s license in 2017. In 2020 completed Virginia REALTORS® Certified Property Manager program. Courtney is an active member of NARPM and currently serves on the Board of the local NOVA chapter. In 2023 she earned her RMP® designation. Courtney is a Northern Virginia native and proud graduate of Virginia Tech.

Maily Jacobs is a licensed Associate Broker/Realtor with the state of Virginia and has been since 1997. Maily has been in the property management arena since 1989 and currently manages approximately 200 properties throughout the Coastal Virginia formerly known as The Hampton Roads.
