Kyle has worked for Hendricks Property Management since 2014, and is part of our in house sales team. He has been an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Management since 2014 and has served as the Committee Chair for Chapter Excellence, as well as Director at Large. He has been a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors since 2014 and continues to serve on the Property Management Committee. While he is new to the business, he has been around real estate his whole life being the son of our Broker, Don Hendricks, and Vice President, Karen Hendricks.

I am the Broker/Owner of Premier Property Management which is located in Grand Junction, CO. I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mesa State College. I started in property management in 1998 and opened my own company in 2001. I first joined NARPM in 2001 and obtained my RMP in 2010 and my MPM in 2014. I have served the Western Colorado Chapter as President Elect (2008) and President (2009 - 2012). Nationally, I served on the Finance Committee (2011 - 2013) and Member Services Committee (2010 - present). I will be serving as the NARPM Member Services Chair in 2020 and 2021. Premier Property Management currently manages over 350 single family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes and apartments.

Cookie has over 10 years of experience in Colorado Real Estate Sales and Residential Property Management. She is the NARPM Denver Chapter President for 2015.

She is an active member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR), and Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) . She currently holds the following designations: RMP (Residential Management Professional), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures) and REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist), and is working on her MPM (Master Property Manager) designation.

Before entering into the world of Real Estate, Cookie worked for Jeffco Public Schools, as a Special Education Vocational Instructor. She is a proud Colorado native who knows that she is blessed to be able to live and work in this beautiful state.

In her free time, Cookie enjoys reading, baking, camping, fishing, and volunteering with Upon the Rock Christian Camp.

She and her former high-school sweetheart, Mike, have been happily married since 1985, have three talented adult children , and one happy & adorable grandson.

Is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Missouri. Jerry Holds the designation of Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) given by NARPM (National Assoc. of Residential Property Managers). Jerry has been involved in Real Estate Investing since 1999 and has held his RE license for over 20 years. After a successful career as an accomplished executive working in Mergers & Acquisitions, Management Information Systems Design, Software Development, Project Leadership, User Group development, and Customer Relations, Jerry was drawn to the Real Estate market. During his 20+ years of experience in Real Estate Investment ownership, and Property Management, Jerry is known for providing superior service to his clients and his tenants. The longevity of both are key elements in RE Investing.
Jerry has given classes for new Real Estate Investors in what to look for in walking through properties as well as keys to being a successful Property manager of your own properties.
The greater St Louis & St Charles area is extremely unique. Jerry helps guide clients through each municipality’s property and tenant regulations.
Jerry has put together a number of meetings for the area Property Management companies and individual Investors to discuss critical issues affecting everyone.

Jerry and his wife Rennie enjoy travel, scuba and photography. They raised their three children in St Charles, MO. Austin is a Zoo Keeper with the world-famous San Diego Zoo Safari Park, his twin, Tyler, is a Marine helicopter pilot whose wife, Ansley, is teaching school, and their daughter, Morgan, is a Special Effects and Makeup Artist.

I currently serve as the Director of Institutional Relations at PURE Property Management. Our team manages SFR, Build-to-Rent and SFR homes across the US. PURE Property Management is headquartered in Los Gatos, CA. I got my start in Property Management and Real Estate Investing in 2000 in Birmingham, AL and was previously the Principal Broker at AHI Properties with 4 offices in AL and 1 in OK. I first joined NARPM in 2011 just prior to the National Convention in Dallas, TX and obtained my RMP designation in 2014 and my MPM designation in 2017. I have served the Atlanta Chapter as Treasurer, President Elect, President and Past President. I have also served as the NARPM Member Services Chair in 2018 and 2019 and served as the 2020 and 2021 Southeast Region Vice President for NARPM National.

I am originally from Salem, WV and served 9 years in both the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic and the US Army as an Airborne Combat Medic.

In 1992 Sean became a full time employee as a leasing agent for Kerr Properties, Inc. He took care of all field work including showing vacant units, move in and move out property condition reports and interior surveys. During the mid 1990's he was the representative for Kerr Properties, Inc. for all court activity for eviction proceedings

Sean obtained his Property Managers license in 1998 and from that point started to learn the inner workings of the business.

In 2004 Sean became an active member of the Greater Portland chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and in 2007 began working at the National level on the Communications Committee and at that time began running Kerr Properties, Inc. with the help of his father, Tom. Around April of 2008 Tom retired and Sean officially took the reigns as the head of Kerr Properties, Inc.

At the beginning of 2008 Sean joined the local NARPM chapter board as the President Elect and in 2009 was the local NARPM chapter President and the head chair for the NARPM NW Regional conference held in Portland. Sean is currently the Vice Chair for NARPM's Professional Standards Committee.

In 2008 Sean was the 7th recipient of NARPM’s RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation within the State of Oregon and in 2011 was the 2nd recipient in the State of Oregon for NARPM’s prestigious MPM (Master Property Manager) designation.

Adona Lowery has been a licensed Realtor since 1993. She is a member of
the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the
National Association of Realtors, and has been for all her 14 years in the real estate profession. Adona’s expertise is in Property Management. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and earned her RMP designation in 2007 and holds the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation as well. She is also a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors Property Management Committee, and in fact, she was the Chairperson for the SABOR committee in 1998. That same year, Adona was honored as the Property Manager of the Year for all of San Antonio. The nominations for this prestigious award are submitted by area Realtors and conferred by the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Consistently, in her trust is a portfolio of 150+ properties. Over the years, property owners and local Realtors have sent her numerous referrals; likewise, they praise her ethics, dedication, and professionalism.

Currently she is seeking her MPM Designation through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She has taken a multitude of classes that contribute to her specialty in Residential Property Management. At the present, Adona sits on the State Property Management Committee; as well as, she has served as a Chair for a Grievance Committee panel. Adona is very involved in her local NARPM chapter and currently serves as Chapter President where she has increased affiliate and general membership.
Recently she has began to teach Property Management Courses at the San Antonio Board of Realtors and volunteered to participate in the NARPM National Professional Development Committee.

My objective is make sure that my clients are represented by the best quality manager possible. I have been awarded the RMP and the MPM designation, and my company received the CRMC designation. I believe in continuing education.

I have a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Operations Research, from UC Berkeley. Before starting my real estate business, I worked as a statistical programmer in various industries. Married with two children, now living on a farmlet in Clallam County.

Barbara started her career in property management in 1988 working for several different companies in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. In 2002, she opened Keller Williams Property Management which is now HOME Rentals of Manatee where she is a co-owner and Broker. Barbara is an active member of NARPM and served as Local Chapter President in 2007 and 2008 . She was the Florida State Chapter President for 2014. She earned her RMP® designation in 2007 and her MPM® designation in 2009. Barbara has been a recipient of the Paul H. Rittle Scholarship offered through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

In 1992 she served as Local Chapter President for Women’s Council of REALTORS. She has served on several committees for the Manatee Association of REALTORS including chairing The Property Management Task Force Committee.

Barbara is a graduate of Leadership Manatee and received her Bachelors degree from Denison University in Ohio.

Stephanie Michael is a Senior Property Manager/Associate Broker with Evernest. She has lived in Fredericksburg for more than 25 years and has been in the Real Estate Property Management field for over 10 years.

Stephanie earned her Virginia Real Estate License in 2012 and Real Estate Brokers License in 2016, and has been an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 2012. She earned the Residential Management Professional Designation in 2018 and the Master Property Manager designation in 2021. At that time she became one of only 8 in the state to hold this designation. She also earned her Virginia Realtors PM Certification in June 2021.

Stephanie has served as the Vice Chair for Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® Property Management Council and a member of the Property Management council for Virginia Association of Realtors.

Stephanie is passionate about educating herself and making sure she is up to date with the latest education and industry laws and regulations. She is known for her willingness to help, mentor and encourage her industry peers with the goal of mentoring anyone who has a desire to learn, improve and achieve success.
