Sarah Bordelon is a licensed REALTOR in the state of Texas. Sarah brings to her position an extensive knowledge of marketing and design, as well as more than 10 years experience in real estate advertising, investing and sales.

Sarah spent her early career in design, living in the heart of New York City and working with high level design companies. Later moving back home to be close to family she joined the Real Estate Industry, focusing on Real Estate Sales, Investing and Marketing. A former business owner, she understands the importance of accuracy and efficiency when working with customer accounts, as well as knowing the value of excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Jason Bridgman joined the United States Air Force immediately upon graduation from High School. After serving his country for nearly 2 decades Jason became a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent. Jason has an extensive track record within the new home sales industry as well as General Real Estate. Jason joined the Keller Williams Team in August of 2008 and currently specializes in Residential Property Management. Jason has a vast knowledge of the relocation process for military and loves to help military families relocate. Jason is married to Michelle Bridgman; Michelle has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003 and continues to work within the Bridgeman Property Management, LLC office. Jason spent the majority of his Air Force career serving within the Military Training Instructor Corp. This has instilled the utmost of disciplines, which Jason feels has better prepared him to serve each and every Real Estate client that he has the privilege of working with.

Charlie and Betty Brown have owned Transcity Property Management since incorporating in 1986. They have eight children and many grandchildren they enjoy spending time with.

Rooted and raised in a real estate family, Kat returned to her Idaho origins in 2019, launching her professional journey in real estate. As a licensed realtor and a professional property manager, she is unwaveringly committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining transparent and honest communication, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

She has navigated the intricacies of buying and selling homes and has experience with the development and management of residential properties in the Treasure Valley.

A retired real estate professional for more than thirty years, Celine has vast experience in the residential resale industry and more than 15 years in the new home industry. She has been a professional property manager for more than a decade. Born and raised near Albuquerque, New Mexico, Celine was a military spouse and lived in various areas throughout the United States and in Germany. In 1978 she moved to San Antonio, Texas where she began her real estate career. Celine is married to real estate professional Wilson "Hoppie" Cantwell, MPM®,RMP®. They are blessed with four children and nine grandchildren.

Marty is a licensed Broker-Officer with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. He has been licensed since 1989 and oversees Deca’s operations and sales division. Marty was born and raised in the St. Louis area and most familiar with the south county and south city areas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988. Marty has been employed by Deca Realty since 1990. Marty is a charter member of the Missouri Association of Realtors Property Management Section. He is currently a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers and working to complete the designation of Residential Management Professional.

Marty has been a member of multiple civic groups and advisory boards. He has served on the St. Louis County Economic Development Collaborative Advisory Board and The Board of the Bayless School District A Plus Program and has deep roots in his local parish. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Affton Chamber of Commerce where he has been past president, Business Person of the Year, Board member of the year and has spent multiple years on The Board of Directors and chaired several committees.

Marty’s interests include fishing, wine, sports, beach vacations and his local Mexican restaurant.

Cheryl R. Chase-Berkson founded Chase Pacific Property Management and Real Estate Services in 1988, 12 years after earning her California State Real Estate license and 8 years after earning her California Real Estate Broker's License. She founded the company on the concept of the "Golden Rule" which is treating others as you would want to be treated. This code of ethics and moral conduct permeates every transaction, every relationship and every situation in which Chase Pacific deals. Cheryl named the company "Chase Pacific" in honor of her father who owned Chase Flower Shop in Fresno. Cheryl holds a B.A degree from Fresno State University and an M.A. from Texas Tech University. She moved to San Diego in 1978 from Orange County and after having lived in several other states. Her interests are travel, both local and global, short term mission trips, dance, cats, gardening, and reading. She lives in Scripps Ranch where her office is centrally located in San Diego.

Dave Christensen has been Senior partner in his Property Management business for the last 11 years managing 300 residential homes and 1000 Home Owner Association units. He is an RMP and is a licensed broker as of December 05.His web designing background began in the music business as a performer/manger of a band. He has designed fortune 500 company websites with his self taught skills. His use in coordination and in real time and communications came from his property marketing and his Little League President experiences. He Won the Rocky Maxwell Award for outstanding Leadership, Interest and participation in the first year of NARPM Association membership for his redesigning of the Greater Dallas Chapter website and his role as Information / Technology Officer. He became President of the Chapter for 2008 serving part of 2007 and gained "Chapter of The Year" under his leadership. Motto “If you want to get something done, give it to a busy person”
