Kerr Properties, Inc. a property management company, providing 38 years of local management to owners of single family homes and small plexes is seeking:

Administrative Assistant
We are looking for the right individual to help assist our Administrative team.

Requirements:

SAMPLE OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but is not limited to the following:
Backup answering phones
Scheduling appointments for leasing agent
Verify leasing agent’s daily appointments
Meet with prospective tenants, at the office, who wish to apply for a rental
Photo Copying
Scanning
Filing
Verify rental applications for completion and accuracy
Prepare Rental Agreement and/or Leases
Reply to email and voicemail inquiries
Perform any reasonable work related request that falls within the qualification but not specifically described

Skills & Position Requirements include but are not limited to:

Prefer previous Property Management experience, but not required.
Prefer licensed Property Manager, but not required.
Attention to detail a must.
Must have prior customer service skills.
Must be a team player.
Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts.
Must have reliable vehicle & valid car insurance.
Must have excellent and accurate written and oral skills
Must have proficient computer skills including email, word, excel, etc.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
Will be required to sign a non-compete/non-disclosure statement.

Compensation:

$15-18/hr. depending on experience
