Description:

  • Answer all front desk and rental department incoming phone calls.
  • Check voicemails daily and return calls.
  • Assist walk-in clients.
  • Handle issues that arise and notify the rental manager when an issue needs the manager’s attention.
  • Receive work order requests, place work orders, and manage work order system.
  • Follow up with contractors for outstanding quotes and overdue work orders.
  • Send letters.
  • Assist rental manager with background checks and document preparation.
  • Assist with routine property inspections as needed.
  • Visit properties to pick up signs.
  • Prepare and distribute flyers or newsletters as needed.
  • Scan and save documents to system.
  • Mail late statements monthly.
  • During pool season, assist with handing out pool keys.
  • Report City ordinance violations or City issues to appropriate City personnel.
  • Request updated certificates of insurance for vendors when insurance expires.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Compensation:

12-18 Per hour depending upon experience
