Description:

Successful and fast-paced Real Estate office is looking for a FT Administrative Asst to support the manager and team of licensed real estate agents. This is a Monday thru Friday position from 8:30am to 5:00pm on site. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Communication both verbal and written, embrace Technology, possess 2-5 years of Data Entry, be comfortable and proficient with Numerical Skills, have experience working in a Team Environment, and possess a Strong Work Ethic. Additionally, the candidate must be competent in Prioritizing Workflow and Multitasking, as well as be Detail-Oriented. Previous A/R and/or A/P and/or Real Estate experience a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)

Real Estate and Property Management experience a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation:

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
