This fast-growing company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee operations for over 150 residential properties in Orange County. The role is focused on managing daily leasing efforts, work orders, and lease renewals, while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and consultants. Success in this position requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize incoming information to help focus on important issues, and maintain professional relationships while problem-solving across diverse situations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, reviewing vendor contracts, assisting with marketing and leasing efforts, and managing property-level financial tracking. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though candidates should be prepared for occasional night and weekend availability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience as a residential property manager, is tech savvy, and possesses a reliable vehicle for site visits.

Compensation:

$25 to $30 per hour
