Description:

Full time bookkeeping position offered.  Located in Western Colorado.  Established Property Mgmt. Company since 1984.  We manage 600+ residential properties.  Must be familiar with all accounting aspects within the business:  rent collection, bill paying, processing deposit refunds, processing monthly owner reports, ACH banking.

Requirements:

Must have past experience in the Property Mgmt. Industry.  It would be beneficial to have knowledge of using Yardi Genesis Software.

Compensation:

Salary position, starting at $42,000/year (based on experience) with some medical benefits.  3 year employees are eligible for a SEP Retirement Program
