2 years recent property management experience including supervisory experience, demonstrated success in Property Management including apartment complexes, single family homes, large portfolio of properties, employee relations, client recruitment and retention, a clean DMV record, a quick learners, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and have the proven ability to lead by example with enthusiasm, confidence and reliable performance. Requirements:

The best qualified candidates will possess a current Nevada Real Estate license and Property Management Permit, 2 years recent property management experience, a quick learners, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and have the proven ability to lead by example with enthusiasm, confidence and reliable performance.
