We are looking for a Full-time Customer service representative to join our Property Management Team.

If you enjoy working with people in a position where every day is a little different, you would be a great fit! Customer Service Representatives will perform a variety of tasks from answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, processing applications, scheduling showings, accepting rent checks, creating work orders, advertising, communicating with vendors and tenants.

The right candidate will be a strong communicator, energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications include:
-positive, professional, and friendly phone and interpersonal skills
-experience answering phones in a busy office setting
-ability to handle multiple tasks
-strong communication skills
-good writing skills including spelling and grammar
-computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, Gmail
-high energy level
-attention to detail & organizational skills
-ability to calmly handle stressful situations
-non-discriminatory
