Job Details

· Display vacant units for rent by placing signs.

· Shows available units to prospective tenants.

· Take pictures and video of available units.

· Place/remove lock boxes.

· Perform Property condition reports.

· Meet with tenants at property for lease signings.

· Meet with City inspectors at rental units as needed.

· Perform Move Out reports.

· Meet with Sheriff at rental units for eviction lock outs.

· Collection of money for coin-op laundry machines.

· Drive by properties for follow up on violations.

· Post legal notices.

· Conduct 6 month interior surveys.

· Meet with Owners at properties to pick up keys, obtain property descriptions, etc.

Perform any reasonable work related requests that falls within the qualifications, but not specifically described.

Requirements:

Skills & Position Requirements include, but are not limited to:

· Prefer previous Property Management experience, but not required.

· Prefer licensed Property Manager, but not required.

· Attention to detail a must.

· Must have prior customer service skills.

· Must be a team player.

· Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts.

· Must have valid driver’s license & good driving record.

· Must have reliable vehicle & valid car insurance.

· Must have excellent and accurate written and oral skills

· Must have proficient computer skills including email, word, excel, etc.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.

· Will be required to sign a non-compete/non-disclosure statement.

Compensation:

$15.00 – $19.00 an hour.
