Description:

General required duties include:

• Driving to multiple properties daily
• Photography/Videography for mid-lease rental inspections
• Photography/Videography for rental/sales listings
• Compiling/drafting inspection reports for rental properties
• Editing rental and sales listing photos/videos
• Updating rental listings via (MLS) multiple listing syndicators
• Valid and Clean Driver’s License

Preferred Requirements:

• Generic photographic experience
• Updating MLS & Property Websites
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Bilingual

The successful candidate, based upon performance review; as time progresses will gradually become trained and responsible for an expanding pool of marketing duties including but not limited to:

• Content Marketing
• Social media posting
• Copywriting
• Blog Posts
• YouTube Videos
• Graphic Design

Requirements:

Must be well-presented/professional appearance, VERY reliable and punctual, organized and VERY detail oriented. This job requires the successful candidate to be able to work to a tight schedule and to be RELIABLE since there is much time spent at property locations.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
