We are looking for a full-time, experienced HOA Portfolio Community Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include all facets of managing a condo/HOA portfolio:

• Budgeting/financial management
• Bid procurement
• Scheduling maintenance/repairs
• Email/phone correspondence with board members, residents, service providers, etc. 
• Rules compliance issues, etc
• Filing
• Any other assignments necessary to effectively lead the board/community

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOA/CONDO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (CMCA designation or higher is also preferred)
• Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
• Good verbal/written communication skills as this position entails frequent communication with our clients and co-workers
• Work well with others and have a good ‘”team” work ethic as you will be working with a manager, accountant, maintenance manager, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft OFFICE, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Must be available to attend evening board meetings
• MUST be willing to accept challenging tasks and communicate with challenging people while maintaining a positive attitude throughout
