We are a growing property management and long term rental company located in Davenport Florida. We are looking forward a highly motivated and organized individual to help our company grow! Monthly bonus and annual bonus options available through hard work and meeting the metrics outlined. Daily responsibilities will be required but not limited to, forwarding messages to proper personnel, coordinating maintenance vendors, bidding out estimates, using propertyware to communicate with landlord/tenant, vetting our vendors, handling of security deposit claims, answering a high volume of phone calls and more. 

Requirements:

Bi-lingual required. Property management/ customer service experience preferred but not required. This is a full time position, no health care benefits offered at this time. The position will be hourly rate based on experience. Serious inquiries only. Please provide a cover letter with your resume. Compensation:

Salary: $12.50 to $14.00 /hour
