Description:

Our company is a combination of Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage, and Construction. We are looking for someone who is organized and has great communication skills. Someone that is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the job is complete. We are in need of an experienced Account Coordinator to take over the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties
  • Support property billing efforts (e.g., monitoring Accounts Receivables)
  • Supervise and coordinate work orders to maintenance staff
  • Check weekly work reports of maintenance staff and ensure correct information is written on the report
  • Coordinate with vendors about repair and maintenance
  • Communicate with owners and service providers to ensure proper completion of their work orders, as required
  • Invoice tenants and owners
  • Daily correspondence with property owners and tenants via email and/or phone and communicate professionally with customers as necessary to relay work order related information
  • Learn and understand property management processes and be able to communicate knowledge to tenants
  • Comprehend and resolve complex property management issues
  • Organize efficiently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Maintain professional composure and present a positive, customer-focused image

Requirements:

Skills Required:

  • Take initiative
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication
  • Proficient use of word processing and computer hardware and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Knowledge in using AppFolio and Quickbooks is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, property management or customer service role required is preferred
  • Experience in managing service delivery for labor such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Roofing preferred
  • Must be punctual, reliable and caring about their work ethic
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Can handle pressure at work
  • Good coordinating skills
  • Has good judgment and good in strategic handling difficult maintenance issues
  • Is very thorough in handling and giving instructions to the maintenance team and ensuring proper delegation to team members

 

Compensation:

Compensation will start at $30,000.00 salary

A $2,000.00 raise will be provided after the Maintenance Coordinator has maintained and reported their KPIs at a good or excellent level for 2 months
