-General Aptitude for Home Maintenance and Problem Solving
– Have Tools for Basic Repairs
– Valid Driver’s License, Clean driving record
– Must be able to lift 75 Pounds over head
– Able to be on your feet for 8 hour days
– CPO, CAMT, EPA Type 2 a plus

Compensation:

• $26.00 – $28.00/hr
