Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high performer National Account Manager with experience selling products and/or services to the multi-family housing industry. Consultative sales & exceeding quotas is required. 

The candidate must be excited about the emerging market of IoT (Smart Devices) and will thrive creating a pipeline of business from prospecting and relationship building. Phone calls, web-based presentations and travel are all necessary to reach the market. This position will be responsible for visiting clients and attending industry functions on behalf of TrustHab.  

 

The National Account Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Managing sales activities through a CRM to support the company’s business plans and revenue goals
  • Cultivate professional relationships with prospects and existing clients at the senior level
  • Follow up on implementations associated with the product and service sales
  • Becoming familiar with all product solutions, the competitive climate, and promoting company products in the marketplace
  • Comfortably sell to all levels of an organization ranging from the on-site team to the VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations 
  • Conducting online and onsite presentations to demonstrate TrustHab services
  • Participating and networking at industry events and tradeshows
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel 
  • Maintaining accurate account information and forecasting details through a CRM system
  • Establishing a strong sales pipeline, sales forecasts and updating accounts to support revenue growth
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing materials and programs
  • Industry meetings with industry associations and trade shows will be required. (these may occur on evenings and weekends)
  • Position requires field activities including some overnight and weekend travel (up to 40%) 

 

Requirements:

This position will require the following background and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
  • 5+ years calling on the multi-family market
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience managing and developing a territory
  • Prior background in software sales desirable
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the client organization to include individual properties, large portfolios and other senior leadership in large to mid-sized companies verbally and written on all levels. 
  • Ability to effectively execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong, engaging presentation skills and ability to demonstrate product
  • Capability to develop and maintain long term relationships with clients/channel partners
  • Capability to manage time
  • Capability to ask questions, research, learn product knowledge
  • Confident Networking Abilities

Compensation:

Salary: $65,000 plus commissions
