Property Evaluator needed for a Property Management firm in Charleston, SC to conduct property evaluations for homes/units at the time of property takeover, move in, renewal and move out as well as vacant unit checks.

Requirements:

Computer knowledge and basic property management/maintenance knowledge a must. Must have reliable transportation and willing to drive around to actual properties to conduct evaluations.
