TierOne Real Estate is looking for a Property Management Executive to work in our fast-paced Real Estate Brokerage located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is responsible for property management and account acquisition. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a friendly, professional attitude. We don’t just manage properties; we work to improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions. We are looking for someone to join our team who wants more than just a J-O-B; we want a person looking for purpose in their career and vocation.
Requirements:
- Conducting walkthroughs and property inspections
- Tenant correspondence, including letters and notices
- Use of Propertyware property management software
- Maintaining files
- Coordinating resident move-ins/outs and the make-ready process on vacant homes
- Weekend work possible
- Driving is required and reimbursed
- Bi-lingual, Spanish a plus
Candidate must possess:
- A very strong moral & ethical foundation
- Integrity
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management or real estate sales
- Possession of (or acquiring) a Utah Real Estate license
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work hard… very hard!
- Fun and likeable personality
- High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate
- Negotiating and problem-solving skills

- Base salary (based on experience) PLUS commission

Compensation:
Compensation based on experience, $40,000+/yr base plus commissions
