Description:

High quality, customer-oriented property management and realty co. seeking experienced candidate for busy Nashville area office.  We operate as a team/squad, with departmental functions.  

Duties:
General Accounting (QuickBooks) oversight (QA/QC of payments and data entered by others); directly responsible for owner payment processing/disbursements and security deposit processing/disbursements
Move-out inspections and reporting
Vendor management for responsive maintenance and rent-ready (turns)
Oversight and scheduling/coordination of Staff maintenance personnel
Property make-ready coordination and completion
Intervention and resolution of exceptional situations with tenants and owners
Lease and management contract review and setup in system
Lease Administration
Oversight of rent collections
Resolution of tenant delinquency including implementation and oversight of legal action
On-call availability

 

Requirements:

Experience and Education:
Min. 2 years full-level property management (scattered-site preferred but will consider strong multi-family experience)
Intimate understanding and application of TN Uniform Residential Tenant Landlord Act
Working knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
Real estate license preferred
Bachelor’s preferred
Applicable credentials major plus
Current relationships with industry resources major plus

Skills:
Exceptional ability to multi-task in different environments (office and field)
In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Quickbooks proficiency (or if commensurate experience with similar software, can train)
In-depth knowledge of home maintenance and repair
Quality and hyper-detail oriented
Personnel/staff/vendor management
Exceptional written and verbal communications, including reporting
Ability to source and implement technology platforms to facilitate work functions
Team-oriented
Excellent attitude
Conflict resolution and customer service
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation:

Compensation and Benefits:
$42-47K annual salary (DOE)
