We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of rental homes. The position is full time.  The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm. Salary is negotiable based upon experience.

The Property Manager is responsible for owning the relationship with homeowners and helping them maximize their investment by providing expert guidance on rent prices and lease terms, giving recommendations on the condition of the property, ensuring that maintenance and repairs are completed, finding qualified tenants to rent the homes and marketing vacant properties.  Prior property management and/or real estate experience is required. An active North Carolina Real Estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with property owners and help them maximize their investment by:
• Providing expert guidance on rent prices and lease terms
• Giving recommendations on the condition of the property
• Ensuring that maintenance and repairs are completed
• Finding qualified tenants to rent the properties
• Marketing vacant properties
• Preparing the properties to rent
• Serve as a primary contact for homeowners and tenants

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Real Estate license
• Prior property management and/or real estate experience
• General knowledge of local real estate market and home rental values
• Be a service minded problem solver
• Be highly accountable and take ownership of the position
• Have excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

Preferred

• Knowledge of and experience with Propertyware
