Description:

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Regional Sales Representative has the responsibility of selling Resident/Tenant Screening services to managers and executives within the property management industry. He/she will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. The Sales Representative is required to follow up with the clients and assist them through the beginning stages of the working relationship to ensure they are placing orders. The Regional Sales Representative will have to be able to implement an agreed upon marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of creating a customer base in the marketing area.

 

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to work independently while interacting and cooperating with all company employees
  • Experience with computers and software such as Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience with Internet based Contact Management Software Programs such as SalesForce.Com
  • Experience in aspects of New Client Development & Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to achieve & exceed sales quotas
  • Experience in the Property Management industry a plus
  • Customer service, negotiation, presentation, client relationship skills and experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High level of integrity and work ethic

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be $40,000 annually, plus 5% residual commission, plus travel expenses.
