Description:
Busy, Growing Residential Property Management Company is looking for an out-going, detail-oriented, motivated, full time Remote Maintenance Coordinator who has excellent communication and multitasking skills to join our team. This is a work from home position and can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Utilize Maintenance Software to manage tenant repair requests.
- Answer income maintenance phone calls and address tenant concerns.
- Communicate with Tenants as needed to fully understand repair requests submitted, and when possible, troubleshoot repairs before dispatching to external vendors
- Communicate with Tenants, Vendors and Owners as needed to ensure repairs are completed on a timely basis
- Primarily responsible for all repair requests, but work with Maintenance Team to assign tasks beyond capacity to the Maintenance Manager, Admin & Process Manager and Senior Property Managers when appropriate
- Keep property owners informed as to all repairs being performed on their properties
- Contact property owners for approval of repairs that exceed pre-approved levels
- Dispatch pre-approved owner vendors when documented in Maintenance Software

Job qualifications for this position include the following:
- 4-year college degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum three (3) years property management experience
- General understanding of home maintenance and repairs: HVAC, appliances and plumbing
- Ability to thoroughly and accurately document repair details and conversations with owners, tenants and vendors
- Ability to fully understand and make maintenance decisions based on APS policies and procedures,
