Description:

Brittain Commercial Property Management is seeking an experienced Resident Manager. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of property management and/or management experience.  The resident manager position requires you to effectively maintain optimum occupancy levels, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, ensure excellent curb appeal, and provide exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience with typical duties listed above, experience with property management programs (i.e. Yardi, Appfolio, AMSI) have thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, rental contracts, advertising, screening prospective applicants, working with outside contractors and scheduling, maintaining curb appeal.

The position requires living on site and the ability to work set hours 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch. The compensation includes a rent-free apartment and hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour.
