Responsibilities for Property Manager

Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated properties

Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with company policies

Select tenants through online applications and background checks

Oversight of turnover maintenance of vacant properties

Authorize payment of invoices

Supervise an assistant to assist in day to day operations

Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems.

Onboard new properties and owners.

Prepare and maintain all correspondence with property owners

Establish and maintain relationships with tenants through your assistant.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

Qualifications for Property Manager

Arizona Real Estate License

Work experience in property management

Highly proficient in Computer skills through use of Microsoft Office.

Other programs used include: Propertyware, Goldmine, Docuware, DocuSign and Paperport,

Strong interpersonal skills

Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations

Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Strong familiarity and working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation

Compensation:
