Real Time Leasing a Pure Property Management Company is looking for a motivated individual with experience in property management to join our team as a Sr. Property Manager. PAY FREQUENCY: Biweekly

POSITION HOURS/SHIFTS: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and additional hours as needed.

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Exempt

POSITION PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to multitask. This position has many facets and will require an active Minnesota Real Estate License and reliable transportation. Real Time Leasing is looking for a candidate that is skilled in establishing and maintaining client relations along with leasing and management of residential properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with tenants and clients to maintain relations and retention
• Conduct move in and move out inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance work
• Communicating with vendors regarding maintenance services for both occupied and vacant properties
• Assists in the leasing and marketing activities of available properties
• Monitor lease renewal process
• Monitor rent receipts and delinquencies
• Processing security deposit funds while adhering to state laws and company requirements
• Maintaining a Minnesota Real Estate License
• Completing various other duties as assigned

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 3-5 years of experience as a residential property manager
• A proven track record of customer service success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and based on deadlines
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• A team-player mentality
• Crucial skills include: task oriented, organized, independent worker that has a keen sense for accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience as a residential property manager
• Minnesota Real Estate License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position will require standing and walking for long periods of time periodically.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: One office location with periodic field work
