As a Property Manager it is of the utmost importance to keep up with laws. This course will cover some of the important federal, state, and local laws specifically related to property management. Topics will include Fair Housing, Service Members Civil Relief Act, EPA/Lead-based Paint, IRS Rental Income reporting and Megan’s Law. Upon completion you should be able to recognize and follow the laws with more confidence while working with tenants. This 3-hour version was developed from parts of the courses called Tenancy.
