NARPM® Propels Industry Experience to the Next Level

“Do you want to be a mediocre property manager or a successful property manager?” That was the question Scott Glascock’s mentor asked him as he pursued his RMP® Designation.

Now that Scott has earned his RMP®, and is on his way to earning his MPM®, he understands the value of the #NARPMSmart education he has received. “Property management – like so many other things in life – is not learned overnight,” he explains. “It takes years and years of experience.” Scott credits NARPM® Education as the key factor that propels industry experience to the next level.

The example he has set overflows to his All County Property Management businesses in Colorado and Arizona, where almost all of the team members have earned, or are on their way to earning, their designations. The companies are planning to pursue their CRMC® Designations. According to Scott, the information gleaned from the experience, insight, wisdom, and knowledge of NARPM® educational opportunities results in an enormous impact. The confidence and strength his team has gained has translated into remarkable growth. The increased quality and professionalism has resulted in new business. It has also helped them avoid costly mistakes.

“My 30-year career in the military taught me that the single most important part of winning in combat was training,” Scott relates. “NARPM® classes, meetings, and events offer that training essential in the success of any unit or team.”

The power of these offerings rests in the hands of the individual, according to Scott. It comes down to the person or team resting in mediocrity or taking the courage and tenacity to get involved and take action. He elaborates on this idea by saying , “#NARPMSmart pushes me every day toward being a great property manager. I haven’t met a NARPM Member yet that wasn’t a champion.”

Scott Glascock is a true champion that brings his enthusiasm and skill to his service as the current President of the NARPM Colorado Springs Chapter where he encourages other members toward their #NARPMSmart greatness.
