Call for NARPM^® RVP’s and Directors

If you, or someone you know, is qualified to serve as an RVP/Director on the National Board of Directors, consider applying before the deadline on May 4, 2018. Be sure to review the application qualifications and responsibilities. All candidates should be knowledgeable of the NARPM^® Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual (Governing Documents).  

Volunteer for 2019 Broker Owner Planning

Now is your chance to sign-up for the 2019 NARPM^® Broker Owner Conference & Expo Committee. Three (3) slots are open for NARPM^® Professional Members to assist in planning this stellar event. Once you have completed the application email it to executivedirector@narpm.org. Remember you must be a Professional Member in order to serve for the #NARPMBrokerOwner.

Join the 2019 Strategic Planning Committee

An application can be found  here to join the 2019 Strategic Planning Committee. 2019 will be a review year where the committee will review what has been accomplished on the current plan. Meeting dates for the 2019 committee will be September 24-25, 2018 in Virginia Beach, VA. If you’re interested, complete the application and return via email. The committee is searching for two professional members to fill the open positions.

Finance Committee: Do you understand and enjoy following investments? Do you like reading financial statements? This committee is responsible for fiscal management of all funds of the organization and acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors in planning, forecasting and maintaining good financial management of NARPM^® National. Communications Committee: Are you a good proof reader? Like to write articles or have a background in communications? This committee is responsible for assisting with the Residential Resource and other NARPM^® publications. This committee shall also assist in the development of internal external marketing for the organization. Sign up today for the Communications Committee.

Governmental Affairs Committee: Do you like politics? What about watching legislation at work? This committee is responsible for collecting information about pending legislation and current laws impacting property management, developing position statements, and disseminating information to the membership. Member Services Committee: Do you want to be involved with membership development, statistical data, and chapter support? This committee is responsible for the development and maintenance of member relationships. It works with chapters and the Board of Directors to assist with bringing services to chapters, along with the members. Sign up today for the Member Services Committee.

Professional Development Committee: Do you believe in the importance of education? Join this committee and take part in enhancing education and training through courses approved by the Board of Directors. The committee is also responsible for setting the standards for professional designations bestowed by NARPM^® and for approving members’ applications for designations.

Annual Convention and Trade Show Committee: Have you attended the convention and would like to assist with the planning of the program for the upcoming National Convention and Trade Show? This committee assists in the development of the program, along with choosing speakers, and breakout sessions. Be part of the planning of the largest event held by NARPM^®.
