The Introduction to Houses, formally part of Intro to Maintenance, is a 3 hour version is designed to familiarize the property manager with the structure and components of a house. This course will review the functionality and maintenance issues of the structure and components. When a property manager understands how houses work, they will be able to coordinate and schedule contractors and vendors effectively. They will be able to secure the best price and quality for products and repairs and in turn maintain better relationships with owners and the residents.
