This course focuses on creating an environment of harmony amongst team members. Formerly part of Personnel Procedures Advanced, this course covers topics in evaluating a personnel policy handbook, implementing management supervision, and tracking methods. Ways to adopt effective compensation structures, performance reviews, and termination/exit strategies.
